Eggless Pineapple Upside-down Cake with Cherry -


HelloFolks Today I am going to tell you how to make Eggless Pineapple Upside Down cake at home .
Ingredients: -
1 Cup – Canned Pineapple
1 Cup –  Butter
1 Cup – Icing Sugar
2 Cup – All purpose flour (maida)
2-3 Drops – Pineapple Essence
2-3 Drops – Edible yellow colour
1\2 tablespoon – Baking powder
1\2 tablepoon – Baking soda
* Mixed Fruit Jam for garnishing  *
Oil for greasing
Method :-
1. Mix well dry ingredients in a bowl like all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda       Gently move with a sieve.
2. Take another bowl , mix sugar & butter till it become softer. Slowly add all dry
ingredients to it.  Now add pineapple Essence & yellow colour into it & Keep aside.
3. By Cut & Fold Method , make a thick batter , if required add half cup milk to it .
4. Now take a cake mould , grease the cake mould with butter.
5. Place the canned Pineapple slice at the bottom of the cake mould then pour all the batter in the cake mould.
6. Bake cake of around 40 – 45 minutes in an oven with 180  Celsius.
7.  When done , instrest  squeerer in it. if  comes out clean then it is perfectly done,  demould it in a cake stand.
8. Add Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam in a pipping bag , garnish & serve chilled .
